Shannon Municipal District invite applications for grant assistance under the following grant schemes:
- Small Community Grant Scheme 2025
- New Support Scheme for Public Realm Initiatives and Amenity Projects 2025
Communities within the Shannon Municipal District may apply for these grants. Check the map below to ensure your community is within the Shannon Municipal District.
The objective of these schemes is to encourage and support community and voluntary organisations active in the cultural, artistic and community development of the municipal district. Applicant organisations must be residing within or based within the Municipal District of Shannon area and the projects submitted for grant assistance must have a Municipal District of Shannon focus.
